Once the strategy for your solution has been developed, we will dig into the details of the solution. In the requirements phase, we define, “what” will be built. During this phase, we will look at the following:

  2. Key messages
  3. Features and functions of the solution
  4. Key processes
  5. User interface requirements and constraints
  6. Content requirements and constraints
  7. Technical requirements and constraints
  8. Integration requirements and constraints
  9. Minimum client and server technical requirements
The result is a requirements document that fully defines the scope of the project and gives us the detail necessary to proceed to the visual and technical design.
