The design phase of our process is split into three sub-phases, that when
combined, yield a visually appealing, user-friendly, and effective
communication tool for your targeted audience.
Information Architecture
An Information Architect’s role is to communicate information to the users in
an effective and efficient way. During this sub-phase, we will determine how
users will navigate your site, how best to arrange content, and how best to
gather user information. Readability and usability are the keys to developing a
solution that will be welcomed by your users.
In addition, administration tools will be designed to allow you to easily
update your data without the need for any technical expertise. Our goal here is
to minimize the effort and skill required to keep your website data current and
your entire solution running smoothly.
Visual Design
Once the Information Architect has defined the flow and structure of your
solution, our graphic artists will design a comfortable and aesthetically
pleasing interface, which conveys your key messages and company culture to your
intended audience.
Technical Design
During technical design, we work out all the “behind-the-scenes” issues
including database design, component architecture, system integration paths,
state management, etc. Our goal in the technical design process is for the
technology to blend into the background, allowing you to focus on your
business. However, should you ever need it, you will receive a full, technical
“blue print” of your site.
